For Canadian shipments - via Canada Post
Delivery can take up to 10 business days.
There is a 60 lb weight limit, including packing material.

For USA shipments - via Canada Post
Delivery usually takes 10 to 15 business days (30 days maximum).
There is a 60 lb weight limit, including packing material.

For International shipments - via Canada Post Air
Delivery usually takes 10 to 12 days (30 days maximum). There is a 40 to 60 lb weight limit (depending on destination), including packing material.
For some countries this limit might be smaller. Please check with the Canada Post link provided for the maximum weight allowed for each specific country and for insurance availability.
To check the maximum weight allowed and other possible restrictions for your area, please check the Canada Post. If shipping to countries with stringent import rules: we're happy to assist in any way possible; however, ultimately the customer is responsible for acquiring the proper documentation to import the wood species into their country.
The buyer is responsible for all duties, taxes and fees associated with this transaction.   

For International shipments - via Canada Post Surface:
Delivery usually takes 6 to 8 weeks (80 days maximum).
If you would like to receive an invoice with the surface delivery option, please note that we will require a written consent stating that you understand the delivery can take up to 80 days. Please note that during the delivery we do not have access to any additional information other than what is officially listed on the Canada Post website and that we cannot influence delivery time by any means. That being said, we never have any problems with surface delivery and we do ship worldwide regularly this way.
