For International shipments - via Canada Post Surface: If you would like to receive
an invoice with the surface delivery option, please note that we will require a written consent stating that you understand
the delivery can take up to 80 days and that our policy permits us to issue refunds only after we receive a non-delivery confirmation
from Canada Post (which can take an additional 30 days). If such rare issue should arise, rest assured that we stand behind
this guarantee: we will fully refund any transactions deemed as non-delivered by Canada Post. Please note that during the delivery we do not have access to any additioanl information
other than what is officially listed on the Canada Post website and that we cannot influence delivery time by any means. That being said, we never have any problems with surface delivery
and we do ship worldwide regularly this way. The only issue which pressed the above changes is that some customers expect
the surface delivery to be done at the same pace as air delivery and cannot wait patiently for the allotted time to pass before
starting complaints about the transit time. Delivery
usually takes 6 to 8 weeks (80 days maximum). There is a 40 to 60 lb weight
limit (depending on destination), including packing material. For some countries this limit might be smaller. Please check with the Canada Post link provided for the maximum weight
allowed for each specific country and for insurance availability. To check the maximum weight allowed and other possible restrictions for your area, please check
the Canada Post. If shipping to countries with stringent import rules: we're happy to assist
in any way possible; however, ultimately the customer is responsible for acquiring the proper documentation to import the
wood species into their country. The buyer is responsible for all duties, taxes and fees associated with this
transaction.
